Hey, it’s Jono with Restoration Marketing Experts and I just wanted to talk to you real quick for a second about getting consistent reviews, because Google Reviews are huge when it comes to you ranking locally in your area for your services. There are a couple things you have got to remember. One, make sure that you are asking every customer for a review, which sounds simple, but when you have got a million things going on it may get forgotten and fall through the cracks. So, create a system where your guys or you or someone is asking every customer for a review and ask them to be specific in that review and mention the services that you provided, because Google is going to pick up on those keywords.
Secondly, it was about 10 years ago, I was working for Apple on the phones when people would call in and need help with their iOS, with their iPad, with their iPhone and everything that we did was measured, and it was measured by our surveys and how satisfied the customers were. And they would always preach to us, and I thought this was great, that look unhappy people are going to leave a review.
They’re the ones that are going to go leave a review and you guys know this, but people who are satisfied, they were expecting when they called to have a good experience. So, your customers are expecting a good experience. And when they have a good experience, it was good. It was what they paid for, so there’s not really a whole lot of motivation to go leave a review. Maybe they will, maybe they won’t.
You have got to wow them so much, it would be so great that they think, oh my gosh, I must go leave this company a review because they went over and beyond what I expected. It was so amazing. They were so nice, they were so professional, such great work on and on and on. So, ask for the review and then with your service, just wow them so much that they think I have got to go leave this company a review.
